To qualify for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase from ELITHORVEX.

The following items are not eligible for a refund: Gift cards, downloadable software products, and any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, ELITHORVEX will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
